Intuitive Energy Healing Session

In this session we will set the intention for your session and what you'd like to accomplish from your session. In a comfortable position and (if in person) in the zen den healing not broken studio, begin to move some energy around. Taking the time to do things for yourself is extremely powerful + adding time to listen to what your soul has been trying to tell you, will take your healing to the next level for whatever is in your highest good.

Before your session I  will clear the space with incense, crystals and reiki so the space is ready for you and to amplify your healing. We will begin by grounding you in the present moment with some fun grounding techniques. During your session I will use what is called a Spirit Optimizer. This beauty is like a microphone for your soul. I will give you prompts to ask your soul and we will begin to go on a journey of finding what your soul has been trying to tell you. There is so much power in energy healing. Listening to your soul and being courageous to do the work is an accomplishment worth celebrating!

With the Spirit Optimizer and your intention for the session we will spend some time on learning energy hacks for you to use in your every day to help keep your energy protected and in alignment for whatever is in your highest good for the here and now.

Think of this session as a journal session, out loud with guided prompts to help move you through the stagnant energy patterns.
